I provide comprehensive pre-employment medicals tailored to meet occupational, workplace health and safety requirements.  I am experienced in providing thorough assessments with our registered nurses for individuals and employers.

Pre-Employment Medicals include

  • General Physical Examination: vitals, evaluation of overall fitness and health.
  • Hearing and Vision Tests: visual acuity and colour vision testing – ensuring compliance with workplace standards.
  • Drug and Alcohol Screening (Audit-C) : urine testing where required by employers.
  • Lung Function (Spirometry) Testing: For roles involving dust or chemical exposure and screening for OSA (obstructive sleep apnoea).
  • Workplace-Specific Testing / Investigations – cholesterol and diabetes HbA1c – tailored to meet industry-specific requirements.
  • Referrals – eg cardiologists and sleep clinics / physicians if OSA suspected
  • Working alongside physios and specialist

I have broad experience and am well-trained in pre-employment health assessments. I can provide timely reports to help employers and agencies make informed decisions. Assessments can be customised to suit a company’s specific needs. I can also provide clearances to return to work.

I also do Country Fire Authority (CFA) medicals.

I am an Authorised Health Professional (AHP) and can undertake Rail medicals (Cat 1 – 3) in accordance with National Rail Standards.

We do instant drug and alcohol screening and can GCMS drug and alcohol screens with Dorevitch.
